It is a problem of the recognition date by the Google Play Store and its services Google Play Service and Google Service Framework.

The solution is very simple and not needs particular technical knowledge.

Access to Settings and then to the Date & time section.

If present, deselect the flag Automatic time zone.

Deselect flag on Automatic date & time.

Click Set Date and choose a date in the past (one month or one year).

Now go to the Home page.

Go back at the Date & time section and select Automatic date & time and Automatic time zone.

This should fix the error "[RPC: S-7: AEC-0]".
